             permission to start a new course  

Sir / Madam,

As per the guidelines laid down by National Council for Teacher education, we are pleased to submit our application form for the grant of recognition of Teacher Education Institution / permission to start a new course.  

Kindly find attached the requisite essential documents and prescribed fees as per the following order:-

  1. Form of application as per Appendix – 1A
  2. Application Fee – Demand Draft No.759823 dated 10.02.07 for Rs. 1000/-
  3. Processing Fee – Demand Draft No.759822 dated 10.02.07 for Rs. 40,000/-
  4. Original Fixed Deposit No. EM/TBA/A 903416 Dated 10.02.07 for Rs. 5.00 Lacs towards Endowment Fund.
  5. Photocopy of Fixed Deposit No.EM/TBA/A 903417 Dated 10.02.07 for Rs. 3.00 Lacs towards Reserve Fund.
  6. All papers related to land, viz. Affidavit for possession, Land title certificate (As per Appendix – 1 C), conversion of land use ( CLU) , approved building plan and other papers as per your requirement.
  7. Copy of Trust deed.
  8. List of Trustees (Along with resolutions)
  9. Affidavit – as per the format at Appendix – 1D
  10. Affidavit – verifying the contents given in the application form and the documents attached therewith duly attested.
  11. Other necessary documents (As per enclosed Annexure 1 to 8)
